TL;DR
Post erotic captioned images you would find on 4chan's /d/ board (http://boards.4chan.org/d/ )
More specifically:
• Drawn images only (no CG renders, no real-life human photos aka 3DPD)
• Both Eastern ("anime" or "manga" style) and Western ("comic" or "cartoon" style) art is allowed.
• No loli/shota. We're hosted by booru.org, whose strict policy forbids "very young drawn children" (see http://booru.org/tos and http://forum.booru.org/index.php...&forum=1&topic=36 )
• No gore/guro, bestiality, or anthropomorphic/furry (aka other stuff not allowed on /d/).
• No requests (uncaptioned images). Post those on /d/ and upload them here after they're captioned.
• No unaltered manga/doujin pages. This isn't a manga hosting service.
